1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SoloPro Invoice ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application and web services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

SoloPro Invoice provides a voice-to-invoice logging and generation tool intended for tradespeople and service professionals. The Service uses automated processing to convert audio recordings into text data for invoicing purposes.

3. Beta Usage

Please note that the Service is currently in Beta. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies.
• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
• Data integrity is not guaranteed during the Beta phase, although we take reasonable measures to secure it.

4. User Accounts and Responsibility

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input (including voice recordings) and the final invoices generated. You must review all invoices before sending them to your clients.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SoloPro Invoice and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SoloPro Invoice, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We are not responsible for any financial losses or disputes arising from incorrect invoice calculations, transcription errors, or data loss. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices generated by the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
